Railway Children support vulnerable children and young people found around the transport networks within the UK, India and Tanzania.
Within the UK, we have nine Safeguarding Action Groups set up around the country that bring together rail companies, police and security services, local businesses and communities with the aim of making rail stations and networks safer for vulnerable young people. In the East Midlands our Robin Hood Line Safeguarding Action Group, which was established in 2023, works specifically with East Midlands Railway to focus on safeguarding from Nottingham to Worksop via Mansfield.
