Railway Children was invited to take part in The Big Rail Diversity Challenge, which saw 500 people from across the rail industry take part in activities designed to push them out of the comfort zone of their traditional roles.

The Department for Transport has just launched a new scheme that will help train companies make the UK’s railway stations safer places for vulnerable children. Railway Children’s Safeguarding on Transport programme is currently the only training programme that meets the new Safeguarding on Rail Scheme requirements.
