Wake up to a better world for vulnerable children
Over £750,000 has been raised in the last five years from the #BigStationSleepout and we're so proud of this incredible achievement. In March 2024, 450 people took part at railway stations across the UK.
So we're bringing it back again in 2025 at locations across the UK including London, Glasgow, Leeds, Derby, Swansea, and to mark the railway's 200th anniversary, Darlington - the site of the world's first public passenger railway in 1825.
You'll have to be prepared for a cold, uncomfortable night but you will at least have a roof over your head, warm food and drink, and the companionship of your friends and colleagues.
This event won't replicate the situations faced by the children we work with, but it will raise awareness of the issues and difficulties they face. We know that the more we can do that, the more we can do together to make a difference.
